This is the website of Jaakko Tapaninen.

I am a journalist, author, entrepreneur and podcaster. After working as a writer, editor, publisher and manager mostly in print media I founded my own company, Great Point in 2014. It focuses on executive content, i.e. helping leaders with their own content and presentations. I have also had a popular Finnish-language long form podcast 10X Finland for several years. In 2020 I renamed it the Hybrid Times Podcast. Instead of just focusing on digital opportunities I wanted to explore a world that has become half-physical half-digital.

Along the way I have written and co-written an eclectic collection books and my writing has appeared in many distinguished newpapers, magazines and journals. I sit on the board of Teos Publishing, KSF Media and the Finnish Institute in France. He divides his life between Helsinki, Åminnefors and Italy.
